Weekly summary! I was unable to fit any swims into my week, but I did do additional crosstraining (mostly #insanity workouts). I also started doing some core strength workouts, which was a mix of cardio abs and ab-ripperx. I’m a bit disappointed in not getting the swims in, but I’m doing one tomorrow to bring the total to three next week.
There was also a change in TSS scoring (provided by http://trainingpeaks.com), as I changed my threshold heart rate. I had it set wrong, and now I think it’s closer. I do need to do another run test to get it closer.
The run was under this week, also, and the bike was actually under what the “Be Ironfit” plan called to do, but I’ve reduced the time on the bike until I can catch up my long rides to the plan having missed a long ride because of Comrades. Next week should be back up to the actual planned time.
